We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders take 1-2 Business Days to process. USA shipping takes 3-10 business days depending on the shipping address. Currently, we only ship to the Continental U.S. including AK, HI, and Puerto Rico. We are based in Alexandria, VA.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. You may return item(s) from your order for exchange/refund within 30 days of receipt, provided the returned item(s) are returned in the original condition that you received them. We will not accept items back once washed, worn, or damaged unless they are faulty. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is damaged and/or has not been treated in accordance with the previously stated policies.

Please note we are only able to refund your return shipping costs if you received a wrong item or if the item is faulty.

Return Policy:

Returned items worn, washed or damaged are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Do not return these items to us as we will not re-ship them to you.

Please follow these steps for returning products:

  • Print off the confirmation details emailed to you when you placed your order
  • Indicate which item(s) you are returning and why
  • State whether you would like an exchange or refund

We recommend that you send returns using methods that allow you to track the shipment, including the requiring of a signature for delivery. Please obtain proof of postage when returning a parcel, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds on gift orders can only be issued to the original buyer. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your return, refund, or exchange to be processed.

No exchanges or refunds will be issued until the goods have been received by us. All Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

We love offering volume discounts so that entire teams and organizations can be outfitted in style! If you are looking to purchase at least 15 of the same item, please contact us prior to purchase at info@nelsonathletic.com.

We are an online store, so technically you can buy from Nelson Athletic wherever you are: your couch, at work, at home, etc. We do limit our sales and shipping to customers in the United States and Puerto Rico.

We generally ship orders within three business days. It may take longer for very large orders, when an item(s) is out of stock, or during busy shopping seasons. If you have placed an order and believe it should have already shipped, please email us at info@nelsonathletic.com.
